It clamps the grounding circuit and measures the grounding resistance fast and safely. It can measure resistance as low as 0.01Ω and has a high resolution of 0.001Ω. It has overload alarm function, which can help to setup the alarm value within the ranges. The clamp has double insulation, which strengthens the anti-interference.
